I love that you actually marked each place on the IRB decision tree. I merely did it with my eyes. Should we actually mark the paper? Anyway, it all looks great.

Well, it didn’t open correctly on mine, but when I saw Mark’s comment I understood the red circles that stood alone on my computer.
I haven’t even made my consent form since now I don’t think I am doing the research anyway. It’s all pending which school I am at next year and what I will be teaching. I may be too busy learning a new curriculum to add this project to the mix. I liked your consent form explanations. They were direct and to the point. Will you have to get them translated?

I thought the Parent Informed Consent was clear and to the point. My IE 8 didn’t like the red circles and the other forms. It gave html code on the forms.
